How do I make a claim?

Motorcycle Law Scotland provides motorcyclists with unrivalled, specialist, personal representation with accident claims.

If you’ve been involved in a collision through no fault of your own, it’s important to seek expert legal advice as soon as possible, preferably from a lawyer who specialises in personal injury cases, who rides a motorcycle and has considerable experience in representing motorcyclists.

To start a claim, simply fill out our short form or call us directly on 0333 555 7782

A specialist motorcycle lawyer from our friendly team will call you back the same day to discuss your situation in further detail. You can read more about the steps involved on our guide to claims page.

When should I contact a personal injury lawyer?

If you've been involved in a road traffic collision in Scotland as a motorcyclist, then we recommend you contact us as soon as possible after the incident so we can help. Do not contact your insurer as they may well seek to refer you to one of their panel solicitors. The decision as to who represents you is yours to make not theirs. Your policy of motorcycle insurance is for your motorcycle, not you.

We operate on a 'no win, no fee' basis, so there is no financial risk to you.

You can start a claim if the accident has happened within the last 3 years.

How long does it take to make a claim?

The length of time taken for each case depends on whether the claim can be settled outside of court and/or how cooperative the other side is and the individual case.

How much does a personal injury Lawyer charge?

At Motorcycle Law Scotland, we offer a 'no win no fee' service. This means you can make a claim at no financial risk to yourself. We guarantee that on success you will always receive at least 85% of your damages. Start your claim to arrange your free consultation call and find out more.

Can I make a personal injury claim myself?

Your chance of success is much greater when utilising the skills of a personal injury solicitor, especially one who specialises in motorcycling related road traffic cases.
