"I would like to thank Motorcycle Law Scotland especially Thomas & Brenda for all their help and support since my accident in January 2019.
I am 75 years old and deaf, making the process of trying to claim more difficult and extremely stressful. I have no family. I have one friend and her family.
Thomas & Brenda were with us every step of the way. They immediately stepped in to arrange authorisation to deal with my friend so she could call & once we had discussed act on my behalf.
They helped to arrange temporary carers when I was eventually discharged from hospital, and arranging for a hand physiotherapist to help get some movement back into my broken wrist.
My biggest issue was the pain in my back. I lost count of the number of Doctor's appointments we went to with my GP and physio telling me it was muscular or bruising. At my lowest point last August, I no longer wanted to be here suffering. I had texted my friend who got in immediate contact with Thomas for help. Thomas arranged a private scan within a matter of weeks which confirmed my back had been broken in the accident but missed at my local hospital. I cannot describe the relief I felt to know that I was not actually going mad!
Thomas arranged a settlement for my written-off bike and my kit. I was so nervous at the thought of getting back on my replacement bike. At one point I thought I would have to retire and sell it. Again MLS came to the rescue arranging a number of sessions with Roddy Benzies, an ex police biker. He immediately put me at ease and slowly helped rebuild my lost confidence. I have not finished the sessions yet and look forward to getting back out with Roddy soon.
It didn’t matter how often we contacted Motorcycle Law, I received a prompt reply and always great help. I was kept informed of every step of my claim, all explained clearly. Thomas also just kept in touch to see if there was anything else he could help with.
Motorcycle Law Scotland are most certainly the best motorcycle Lawyers in the Business.”
