"I was involved in a life-changing accident 5 years ago. Whilst I was in ICU on a ventilator for the first 2 weeks, our insurance company instructed a solicitor to take on our case. My wife attempted to deal with them but she later told me that she had many unreturned phone calls and hardly spoke to the same person twice.  Nor did she meet anyone from the insurance company in person and was finding it very overwhelming trying to deal with it and what was happening to me.

She received a personal recommendation to contact Motorcycle Law Scotland after being told about Brenda Mitchell. My wife contacted her and straight away Brenda organised a meeting at the hospital to speak to both my wife and I. Brenda spent the whole day with us answering every question we could think of. After all, this was all new to us and we were still in shock and struggling to come to terms with what has left me permanently disabled.

I can honestly say hand on heart, without Brenda Mitchell I dread to think where we would be now. It is hard to understand, but when something this bad happens it is not just the injured party that struggles. It is the whole family and the effects can be devastating. The difference with Brenda is you have a friend, a person who listens and genuinely cares and will do anything to help you and your family. Someone who is there to answer the questions you have no matter how trivial. Someone who listens to your family and asks if you need help with anything and delivers 100% of the time.

We are 5 years down the line now and have finally settled and we are very very happy with the outcome. Brenda still keeps in touch and has now just secured me the best orthopaedic surgeon in the country to fix an operation that has gone wrong on two previous occasions.

I cannot praise Brenda and her team enough and in a strange sort of way will miss her, she has definitely become a family friend.

In short, if you want someone who cares and will fight for you and knows the industry inside out, then look no further. Brenda Mitchell is the pinnacle of her profession and a wonderful human being.

Thank you for everything from the bottom of our hearts."
